2. Website delivery and hosting
When you access this website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary information such as IP address, time, requested page and browser details to deliver the website securely. The site is delivered through Cloudflare.
3. Shortlist
When you actively save a product, only its technical product ID is stored locally in your browser. This data does not leave your device until you submit an inquiry. You can clear it at any time in the footer or shortlist dialog.
4. Inquiries through Formspark
When you submit an inquiry, your name, contact details, message and selected products are sent to Formspark and then to Well-Aqua. Do not enter diagnoses, patient records or other sensitive health information. Processing is performed to respond to your pre-contractual inquiry.
5. Consent preference
Your decision about loading Google Maps is stored locally in your browser under the key ‘well-aqua:consent:v1’. It contains only the version number and your choice. You can reset it at any time.
6. Google Maps
The contact page embeds Google Maps only after you explicitly agree. Loading the map sends technically necessary connection data, particularly your IP address, to Google. Google may process further data or store information on your device. Without permission, the map remains completely disabled.
7. Your rights
Within the scope provided by law, you have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Contact us using the details above.
